2-Ingredient Yogurt Biscuit Cheesecake

A super easy, no-bake cheesecake made with only Greek yogurt and crushed biscuits. Creamy, satisfying, and ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
  • (Optional: 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with the Greek yogurt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined dish or small springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Slice and serve chilled. Top with fruit or honey if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter version, add honey or maple syrup to the mixture. You can use any dry, crumbly cookie in place of digestive biscuits.
