The easiest, creamiest 3-Ingredient Chia Seed Pudding made with just chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup. Perfect for a healthy make-ahead breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the pudding is thick and creamy.
  4. Stir before serving. Add a splash of milk if too thick. Enjoy cold with your favorite toppings.

Notes
