Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 4 large flatbreads or naan bread
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
