  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup diced jalapeno

  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch rounds. Serve cold.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Pat the red bell pepper dry to prevent excess moisture. These Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
