Easy Air Fryer Chicken Skewers

These Easy Air Fryer Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10-12 wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed. You can use chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
