A quick and healthy frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings. This Frozen Yogurt Bark is perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Top with berries, nuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For a non-dairy version, use coconut yogurt. Ensure fruit is dry to prevent ice crystals.
