A refreshing and creamy soda float made with strawberry soda, vanilla ice cream, and a luscious cream foam. This Strawberry Dirty Soda Float with Cream Foam is the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberry syrup, preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 liter strawberry soda, chilled
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip together the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup until thick and frothy. Set aside.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the strawberry syrup over the ice.
  4. Slowly add the strawberry soda until the glass is two-thirds full. Stir gently.
  5. Add the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  6. Spoon the cream foam over the ice cream.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and oat milk. The cream foam can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
