Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam over the entire tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake filling over the jam, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Arrange a line of sliced strawberries down the center of the filling.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly like a sushi roll, starting from one edge. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  8. Place the rolls on a serving plate. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and dust with powdered sugar. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Do not freeze.
