Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

A quick, high-protein, low-carb pizza bowl made with cottage cheese, marinara, and mozzarella. Ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly in the bottom of a small oven-safe bowl.
  3. Spoon the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese and spread gently.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
  6. Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 2 minutes, garnish with fresh basil, and serve hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni and add your favorite vegetables. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes before baking.
