A tangy, creamy spread made with dill pickles and cream cheese. Perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until well blended and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, bagels, or vegetables.

Notes

For a thicker spread, drain pickles on a paper towel before chopping. Use reduced-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
