Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip

A creamy, sweet, and spicy appetizer made with hot honey and cream cheese. Ready in 15 minutes, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, hot honey, sour cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chives and serve warm with crackers or baguette.

Notes

For a milder version, use regular honey and reduce red pepper flakes. For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne.
