Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cored and cut into 4 wedges
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or feta)
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk (or milk)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges, keeping the core attached to each wedge.
  3. Place each wedge on a serving plate or platter.
  4. Drizzle the dressing generously over the wedges.
