Salted Honey Latte with Blackberry Cold Foam 🫐🍯 Latte Recipes | Coffee Syrups |

A sweet and salty latte topped with a light, fruity blackberry cold foam. This easy recipe combines rich coffee with homemade syrup for a perfect cafe-style drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, sea salt, and 2 tablespoons water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a small bowl, mash blackberries with sugar using a fork. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, collecting the syrup.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream and blackberry syrup. Whip with a hand mixer or milk frother until thick and foamy.
  4. Pour salted honey syrup into a serving glass. Add ice if desired. Pour coffee over syrup and stir.
  5. Slowly pour milk over the coffee. Top with blackberry cold foam. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a hot latte, steam the milk before adding. The blackberry syrup can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
