Classic Poolside Dip

A creamy, herbaceous dip made with Greek yogurt and fresh herbs, perfect for summer entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in the fresh chives and parsley.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Stir before serving. Garnish with extra chives or paprika if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and vegan sour cream and mayonnaise. The dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
