The Ultimate Fruit Salad

A simple and vibrant fruit salad recipe bursting with fresh berries, tropical fruit, and a light honey-lime dressing. Perfect for summer parties or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 large kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit as directed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all prepared fruit.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh mint and toss again.
  6. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a vegan option, replace honey with agave nectar or maple syrup. For a less sweet version, omit the honey entirely. This fruit salad is best served fresh.
