Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk, canned
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.

Notes
